Young At Heart

LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

JUST WAITING...

...for Charles to get back from the match.
The puppies have been in bed since 9.30. They are a bit restless in their sleep tonight and it won't take much to disturb them, so you'd better tiptoe Charles!!
They've been really lovely today! That's not to say they're not usually lovely - they are! - but today they've just been really biddable and affectionate. Even their daily crazy time was less frenetic than usual.
The only bad bit was the fartfest earlier this evening, when I came close to being driven from my own home. But, having talked to my sister Helen, she says it could be the rawhide chews as they have the same effect on her dogs - Digby and Tex. This is a shame, because I honestly believe that these chews are partly responsible for the pups being easier to manage at the moment. They don't chew stuff around the house because they've got the sticks and they seem to settle down more quickly as well. So for now, we'll just have to put up with the pong!
Tomorrow will bring the delights of the puppy party - providing it's not cancelled again. I hope the girls remember how brave they were last time. Gosh - if my two have grown so much in a fortnight, I wonder how big Milo the black labrador puppy is?
Of course, the pups will be able to travel in style in their new car. I hope they like it a bit more than they did on Monday - you've never heard such a racket!!
