Have just done a load of washing. Nothing unusual in that I know, except that I put in the black jeans I was wearing yesterday, along with my black and white spotty pjs and a pretty white vest top that I really love. Of course, these are now a dirty shade of grey. You'd really think that after all these years of washing, I would have learned by now!
Actually, since the puppies arrived, the amount of washing seems to have increased dramatically. Mostly it's bedding and mats and stuff, but they do seem to generate quite a bit of laundry - even more than my son!!
Talking of my son - I wonder when he'll be bringing up HIS next bag of washing? The puppies had an anxious moment yesterday when they wandered through to the utility room and came face to face with the large Morrisons 'Bag for Life' that James uses to transport his laundry. They didn't like this bag at all and had a good old yappy bark at it, with their heads down and backing away from it just in case it suddenly came to life. I DON'T LIKE THE BAG MUCH EITHER as it usually contains lots of work shirts, or even worse, those expensive designer shirts with lots of fiddly bits that take forever to iron.
