Young At Heart

LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

ROSE HAS LEARNED TO...

BARK!!
Oh the joy!
A few minutes ago while unloading the dishwasher, I could hear a loud barking coming from outside. "Hmmm, someone's dog's making a bit of a racket!" I thought
And then I looked out of the window and discovered it was MINE!
Actually Rose has a really devilish look about her this morning and seems to be getting into everything she shouldn't be in! Obviously we have done everything we possibly can to keep the puppies save AND to minimise opportunities for chewing in the house, but they still manage to find things we hadn't thought about.
The pups woke early from their 8 o'clock sleep and seem to be a bit out of sorts at the moment. Quite argumentative with each other, in fact! They are now playing inside their crate. The door to the crate is open so they can come and go as they please. Gradually they are dragging more and more toys in there, but as soon as they get them in they abandon them and start having a go at each other, although just as I wrote that they both seemed to decide they'd had enough of tormenting one another and are now playing with one toy each. They both seem to be choosing the chewable toys today, so maybe their teeth are bothering them a bit.
Anyway, they're calm at the moment, so I'm going to go and have a cup of tea and a piece of toast.

Five minutes later and I'm just having the cup of tea because the bread's gone mouldy! (Where's the tesco delivery - I'm starving!!)
