MY NEW CAR!

My mini has arrived in Morpeth and I've been to see it, and had a test drive - and I LOVE IT!!
It's very posh and has one of those push button starters and those intelligent wipers(!) and is a lovely dark blue AND (Charles liked this bit) it comes with 5 years free servicing!
I took the puppies to have a look, but to be honest, they didn't show a huge amount of interest and were more keen to make friends with another customer who made a real fuss of them.
Anyway, it had literally only just arrived at the garage when Matthew rang and I headed straight off to have a look. It probably won't be ready to pick up until Saturday, but that's not a problem, it'll give me a chance to clear out the MG. I think I've still got a bootful of school stuff that needs sorting, so I'll get that done tomorrow.
The puppies have had a slight change to their menu today, having some poached cod with their rice. I wasn't sure what they would think of it, but they've cleaned the bowl, so must have thought it was okay. I can't see that fish will cause any tummy problems and, of course, it will make them even more clever!
I wish you could see them playing outside - they're like a couple of spring lambs leaping around! Oh, now they're carrying around a brush from the dustpan set that we keep outside. They've got one end each and are just strolling round their play area together carrying it between them! But they've got bored with that and now they're running round in a circle chasing each other's tails! (And it looks lot more fun than when I was a working person, and constantly felt as though I was chasing MY OWN tail!)
