As the weather was fantastic, we took the puppies back to Alnmouth beach along with Helen and Bill and the two new leads!
Lily and Rose walked for at least a mile on the beach and had a brilliant time! They said hello to other dogs and their owners and really looked as if they were loving every minute. It was unbelievably warm and sunny - a real contrast to yesterday - so we all enjoyed the walk.
Afterwards we went to Warkworth and did a bit of shopping. Then we went to the Ice Cream Farm and sat outside with our three scoops!
Now we're waiting for James to arrive with an Indian takeaway. To follow this we're having chocolate fonue with fruits and 'Blondies' - a white chocolate version of brownies. Then, when we're totally stuffed, we'll all settle down to watch X-factor!!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
