Probably because of their extended sleep in the car this afternoon, the puppies are taking their time settling tonight. It's just gone ten o'clock and they are usually well away by now. They are being lovely though and it's been fun to have them lively this evening. Usually they really struggle to stay awake after 8.30, but tonight they've provided us with lots of entertainment!
it's absolutely pouring with rain tonight, but I kind of like it when I'm all warm and cosy inside and can hear it hammering against the window pane. The puppies went out for a final wee a few minutes ago and came in soaked after less than 20 seconds outside!
Well, in the time it's taken me to type those two paragraphs, both puppies have fallen asleep, so I'm going to call it a night too!!
(Wonder if we'll get a lie in tomorrow as they've had such a late night?)
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
