Well, apart from hopefully getting my new car, WHO KNOWS?
Apparently there's no football so I don't need to worry about that!!!
I haven't heard from James or Christina about their plans yet, but at some point there will be a big laundry bag to deal with!
Charles and I haven't talked about doing anything much, although I would like to get into the garden for a bit of a tidy up and perhaps give the grass a last cut before winter. I might go to Heighley Gate and get some winter pansies to brighten things up a bit. (Charles will NOT be so keen on this!)
We haven't had visitors for a couple of weekends, so are open to bookings!!!
As for today; we're supposed to be having a visit from some 'drain experts' (nice job) who are going to use CCTV cameras to see if they can find out what is causing the blockage that means we have a flooded drive every time it rains. Apparently we'll be charged £150 just for putting the camera down, so God knows what it'll cost to actually DO the work.
Oh God, on the telly in the breakfastroom, which I'm not actually watching, but have on anyway, there's a programme about helicopter rescues and some poor guy who works on a golf course has just put his hand into a leaf blower (Why did he DO that?) and had four of his fingers chewed off! WHY IS THIS ON MORNING TELLY? I DON'T WANT TO SEE HIS PAIN AND I CERTAINLY DON'T WANT TO SEE HIS MANGLED FINGERS WHICH ARE BEING PUT INTO A PLASIC BAG! WHY HAVEN'T I TURNED IT OFF YET?
