BATHTIME

Good grief that was hard work!!
Both puppies have been bathed. Charles did the washing - one pup at a time as we'd agreed - but this proved somewhat traumatic for both puppies as they hated being separated and could tell that something different was happening.
However, they are now spotlessly clean, blow dried and combed - and look stunningly fabulous! The funny thing is that when they're dry Rose looks twice the size of Lily because of her amazingly fluffy coat. But when they're wet they are absolutely identical - in fact it's really hard to tell them apart.
Now we're just letting them have a few minutes to make sure they are really, properly dry. Actually they're both snuggled up on Charles's knee, looking very drowsy, so it won't be long before bedtime.
