LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

HOORAY

I've got the laptop back!
I've felt as though I had my right arm cut off (or left arm in my case) having to manage without it all day.
I really miss writing the blog. At one time I would have said I would miss reading the Newcastle United blogs - but they're pretty rubbish at the moment, so I don't frequent them as much as I used to. A quick check on News Now occasionally and that's me done these days. Newcastle news is either doom and gloom, or embarrassingly, well embarrassing, so it's not worth bothering with.
Time to catch up then. The pups and I have had a lovely day today - it certainly made up for their horrendousness last night. They were incredibly patient this morning while I went to Morpeth and I didn't hear a peep from the back of the car until we got back home.
Once they'd had a bit of a play I decided to start moving furniture round ready for the new sofa which is due to arrive tomorrow. This started as a relatively straightforward swop around and ended up as a major upheaval involving most of the rooms in the house. But I got there in the end. The sitting room now has space for the sofa AND the fireplace and, thankfully, no longer has to be arranged to hide the nasty marks on the carpet!!!
The puppy's room is also quite different. Their big crate has gone and there is an easy chair in here, for those times when the floor just won't do! The girls watched all the changes, and have slept in their 'new' room this afternoon. We're just hoping that the sleep as well as they normally do during the night!
