And a very wet one at that!
This is a bit of a shame as we were hoping to get the puppies back to the seaside for a long afternoon walk - but it may have faired up a bit by then. It's certainly beginning to feel much colder now though, so we may need to get those little Westie coats fairly soon.
James is coming over for lunch before he goes off to Birmingham. He's going with someone else from work, so at least they can travel together.
I need to go shopping before lunch just to get one or two things I forgot the other day - it's always the same isn't it, there's always SOMETHING you forget!
I tried to stay up to watch the highlights from the NUFC match but, now that we are a lowly Championship club, our matches aren't shown on MOTD, but in the programme that follows at midnight. By that time I'd turned into a pumpkin and needed to get to bed, so I might not get to see the goals now. It would appear that there was a fair bit of anti-Ashley chanting yesterday. Wish I'd been there - there would have been a bit more!!!
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
