I've been chomping at the bit this morning, waiting for a connection. I don't think I'd realised how much time I actually spend on here!
It's SO annoying that we've yet again got a fault on the line. It literally took months to sort it out in the summer, and only then after we threatened to report BT to the ombudsman and Watchdog and to close our account. In total we must have had about a dozen different engineers, each of whom looked at the problem and told us that it wasn't their job and someone else would need to do it!!!
I also got sick and tired of the automated service and eventually managed to find a route to an actual person, who unfortunately got the rough edge of my tongue on more than one occasion, but for the life of me I can't remember how I did that now.
Oh - must go - Gary Barlow's on Breakfast telly!!!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
