The snow that was getting away quite nicely during the day yesterday, has now been covered by a fresh fall and it's all frozen solid again.
True, it does look very Christmassy, but it's getting to be a bit of a nuisance now. The road onto Cheviot Lodge is like a skating rink, as is the road through the village. So, we've had enough now thank you very much!
Today we should be getting the big Tesco delivery. Ideally at this time I would quite like Charles to be out of the house, because he will just stand over it muttering things like, 'What do we need THIS for? When are we going to eat all this? and Where is it going to go?'
The latter is a question I am very quietly asking myself at the moment, not that I would let on to Charles, but I am having a little panic about it now!
So, where can I send him between 3.00 and 5.00 this afternoon, I wonder?
