LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

THANK YOU MR POTATO HEAD!!

The video is lovely! It really made me realise how much the puppies have grown in the last few months.
Lily and Rose had a great day yesterday, when we had a houseful of people and, most importantly, the puppies big Samoyed 'cousin' - Kai. Admittedly there was an initial barking frenzy, but things soon calmed down and the pups thoroughly enjoyed tormenting poor old Kai. It's a good job he's such a placid dog, because he just put up with all their antics, although according to my brother, he was absolutely shattered on the way home! Then again, so were our two! They had no sleep to speak of during the day and with all the excitement they were ready for bed at about 7.30!!!
Anyway, we were both really proud of them and the way they have coped with all the changes to routine and the many visitors that we have had during the past few days. I can't wait to be able to spend some real time with them again. It seems as if the last week has been a blur of activity and the pups have just been fitted in when I've had a spare moment.
I did indeed go on a 'jolly' this morning, with my son. We went to town, to find the missing Fat Face slipper and to change his rather unusual All Saints cardigan for something a little more conventional. (The problem with the cardigan was that it sort of buttoned up diagonally across the chest and looked weird when it was unfastened!) In the event, he managed to get a jumper AND a hooded top for the same price, so he was well pleased.
I also came back with goodies - a fab coat that I can't begin to describe but is very unusual and funky, a longish dress that looks like All Saints but isn't and was therefore about a third of the price, some leggings, a cardigan and a baggy shirt!! Not a bad morning's shopping.
