... ended a trifle abruptly, as you probably noticed. Just as I'd written about how obligingly good the pups had been, Rose started attacking my ankles and wanting some attention - so clearly it was MY turn to be obliging!
By this time in the evening, the pups are usually starting to get ready for bed, but I have a feeling that it may be a late night tonight as they have had lots of sleeps during the day. My 'treat' when they have settled for the night will be to go and watch the recording of Waterloo Road - sad but true!!!
Rose is currently lying on the floor demolishing a chewy bone and Lily is in her favourite place - snuggled up with Charles! She gets herself wedged between his side and the arm of the chair and almost sits upright and she would happily sit there all day if she got the chance. It really doesn't matter how excited or hyper-active she is being, as soon as he picks her up and sits in the chair with her she is as good as gold!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
