... has just woken up and been sick!
There you are - some news - not pleasant I know, but wouldn't want you to miss out anything of the least interest.
She's gone back to sleep now. Can't imagine what caused that, but will keep a close eye on her.
I've got the telly on the BBC news channel at the moment and there's a lot of discussion about cold weather allowances and winter fuel for pensioners and how many are worried that they can't afford to have their heating on longer than usual and are putting themselves at risk as a result. I'm not going to make a comment about that per se, but have to say that WE have had our heating on constantly since this cold snap started (yes, through the night as well, on low) and yet I am still sitting here this morning with feet that feel like blocks of ice. So if I am feeling the cold in our snug little house, how on earth are those pensioners coping?
