Nothing really significant, but snow nevertheless. And it's absolutely freezing.
The pups don't seem to notice it though and have had a good runaround outside this morning. At the moment they are curled up together in one of the little beds having their first snooze of the day.
Maybe when they stir themselves, we'll go down to Morpeth to do the shopping for the weekend. On the other hand, as it's so cold and horrible, I might decide to leave it until tomorrow!!
We had a good night with the girls again. They did disturb briefly at about midnight, when Madam next door returned noisily from her night out, but they quickly settled again and were still asleep when Charles got up this morning. I've noticed that whenever they are woken before they're really ready they tend to sleep a lot more during the day to catch up. They're also a bit grumpy with each other until they've got their sleep quota up again! Just like us then, really!!
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
