LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

IT IS WITH GREAT SADNESS THAT...

... I have to report the demise of Sean the Sheep, Rose's very favourite toy and constant companion since `Uncle Richard's first visit to the pups when they were just nine weeks old.
Sadly Sean's intestinal stuffing was found all over the settee last night during the pup's telly time and it would appear that Rose had finally killed him off by chewing right through his fluffy coat and dragging out his kapok filling.
This was a really sad event, almost on the same scale as the loss of Mungo the Monkey on the cross Channel ferry when James was little! THAT was a true tragedy as little Mungo had accompanied James everywhere since he was one year old and he'd become part of the family. Equally, Rose is going to miss her little fluffy companion very much, although she does still have the furry lion and the meerkat to carry around, but these have never had quite the same appeal that Sean did!
So, this is a sad day for the pups!
Sob, sob!

  1. Now that they have had their first taste of synthetic stuffing, these seemingly senseless killings will become a regular occurence from now on. They will escalate into mass murder, serial killings and massacres on such a scale that will make The Texas Chainsaw incident seem like Mary Poppins. Be afraid. Be, very afraid!
