Just had a pair of those new shape up trainers delivered.
They are really weird!
It feels like I'm constantly being thrown off balance.
Very comfortable - but extremely strange walking sensation!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

MBT? Massai Barefoot Technology. My mother has had a pair to aid her back problems for years and never got used to them, but I think its because she doen't wear them often enough.
