Young At Heart

LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

NOT MUCH...

... TO REPORT TODAY.
Although I have whizzed into Morpeth (to get a birthday card for Hannah and a Mother's day card - for my Mum) with the pups and to my great delight have found that all the potholes that I was whinging about last week have miraculously been filled in. Mind you, it looks to be a bit of a Heath Robinson patch up job, so I'd probably give it a month or so, before cars start disappearing into the depths of the earth again.
To be honest, we haven't done much today. We had yet another early start - but in fairness Charles got up first today. We had a very pleasant early morning walk into the village, then it's been the usual mix of feeding, sleeping and playing (the pups, not me!)
I caught up with my sister on the phone earlier. She sounds a LITTLE better, but nowhere near ready to go back to school.
The pups have had plenty of time in the back garden today, so they've had a pretty good workout chasing each other around. When Charles gets back we'll take them out again and get them really tired. The only problem with that is that they then go to bed at about 8 o'clock which is rather early when we're trying to get them to sleep longer in the morning.
