LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

SATURDAY MORNING

And James is here, having come up to stay over night after taking his Ole Mum to Marabini's for a very nice meal last night.
(The only problem is that I now just feel as if I've turned into a gigantic garlic clove - not pleasant at all.)
He's still in bed of course, whereas we are NOT. Our little darlings were up at 5.45 - which is something of an improvement on previous mornings, but not a lot. They are however, very happy little things today, so it's actually a real pleasure to be around them. (They probably wouldn't say the same about me though, because of the garlic!)
Not sure what's going on today apart from James and I going to Saks at midday. It's looking as if it may be a reasonable day weatherwise, so hopefully we'll get the girls out for a good long walk and maybe I'll get a chance to do some tidying up in the garden too.
Just had a thought. Why is it that when you've had a huge meal one day and finish it thinking you'll never eat again, you wake up ravenous the next morning? I'd give my right arm for a full English just now - and I'm not normally a breakfast person at all.
The pups are already dressed in their Toon tops ready for today's fixture against the Smoggies. James isn't convinced we'll win today and is resigned to settling for a draw. I say - COME ON LADS YOU CAN DO IT - THERE'S GEORDIE PRIDE AT STAKE HERE!
