WET, WET, WET!

AGAIN!
Still, at least we're not suffering the snow they've got in Scotland. In fact, if all this rain HAD been snow, we would have been up to our necks by now. (Well, those of us who are only 5ft 2ins tall would!)
I have managed to get the girls out for a reasonable walk (they didn't bark at the festival mac today), although they weren't too keen when we got to the lane as it has turned into something resembling a raging torrent. Now they're having a quick kip, although this probably wont last long as they're likely to be disturbed by loads of deliveries today. (Tesco, Amazon, Next and M and S - mostly food and birthday presents)
I'm trying to decide whether to clean the ovens BEFORE the weekend or leave it until nearer to the time that Paul comes - cos there's no way he's going to come and use manky ovens - especially as he is a SERIOUS cook. So, what to do? If I do it TOO soon, I may have to do it again before next week. On the other hand, if I get it done NOW and then use loads of foil I may not need to! Crikey - who would have though cleaning the oven could cause such consternation?
Anyway, I'll not make a decision yet. Coffee beckons...
