... that Rose had sore paws yesterday after her long walk.
When james came round she was limping quite badly, although she didn't complain when I had a good feel round her legs and paws.
Charles had a good look and noticed that her pads are quite dry and a bit cracked, so I've bought some Aloe Vera gel this morning which should soothe and heal any sore bits.
I really hope Paul doesn't have any problems with them while he's in charge. He's got a lengthy reference book outlining their needs and I've made sure that he knows where the vet is should anything awful happen - heaven forbid.
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
