... the Masterchef final. How brave are those contestants? I LOVE cooking, but could never cope with the pressure they have to go through. However, their food was inspirational and the presentation - fabulous.
Think I'll have a reasonably early night tonight. (I'm counting the nights till we go away and leave the girls - I really am HATING this.) I've got my holiday reading all sorted out and feel very frustrated that I'm having to wait until Saturday before I can get stuck in! I'm reckoning on a book each way and another during our time there, with a spare just in case. Also, I have to factor in the fact that James and Charles may want to 'borrow' some of my little stock - and they don't read at the same pace as I do - so perhaps I'd better take another just to be on the safe side!
My camera arrived and seems really simple to operate - which is just as well because I can't be coping with anything complicated. I'll have to put some of the pics on the blog when we get back, so you can see what we've been up to.
The girls have had a lovely day today. They've had three good walks, and by the time it came to the third one, they really couldn't be bothered and we had to give them lot of encouragement to keep them moving. They've been asleep for ages, having nodded off in front of the Man Utd match.
Right - I shall take a leaf out of their book and turn in now.

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
