I think the events of the last couple of days are beginning to catch up with us as all three of us are feeling pretty tired today. Also, I suppose the fact that the first six days were crammed full of activity means that as soon as we relaxed a little we were bound to feel the effects.
We are getting desperate for news and are starting to worry that the flight we have booked for Monday evening may not get away. We're even considering flying to Dublin and getting a ferry from there - that's if Dublin is open of course.
I really hope that all this doesn't take the edge off what has been a wonderful holiday. We've done so much and had so many fabulous experiences that it would be a shame if we remembered it mostly as the holiday we got stranded.
We haven't done much at all today, in fact walking up to Madison Park and having lunch at the acclaimed 'Shake Shack' has pretty much been the highlight. It's quite cold today, but dry now after a showery start. If it warms up tomorrow we're going to take our books up to Central Park and if it doesn't we're going to hit Fifth Avenue!!! Not that we can buy anything else at all as we discovered when our bags were checked in last night!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
