... a bit subdued,almost as if they are pining for their Dad!
They've hardly made a sound this morning and haven't really wanted to eat their breakfast. They keep looking through the door to the hall (it's got glass panels, otherwise they wouldn't be able to see much), to see if there is any sign of him!
Unfortunately, it's going to be pretty late on today before he gets back as they are taking the kids sightseeing before they set off for home, so Lily and Rose will just have to be patient a bit longer.
It's a really disappointing day. Chilly, grey, drizzly and quite blustery. We've had a quick walk - although they weren't really enthusiastic about that and probably wondered why Charles wasn't taking them out for their first walk of the day which is what normally happens.

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
