THE PUPS ARE...

... certainly a lot more lively now that the temperature has dropped about ten degrees since yesterday!
They've had a few days when they couldn't be bothered to play around and just wanted to find the shadiest place to lie in - but that's a dim memory now as they're busy knocking seven bells out of each other in a dispute over the two new toys I kindly bought them this morning. I don't know why I always buy two, when I know perfectly well that one will do, as they are always going to have to play with the same toy!
They've actually got both toys outside. But as soon as one pup chooses to play with one of the toys, the other pups has to join in as well and the second toys is abandoned, until one of them notices it lying there all forlorn and then they both have a go at that one. The idea of playing separately never seems to occur to them!
Must be time for a walk now - we've only had four today!! - but I can always tell when it's time as the girls start to get squabbly with each other - which is what is happening right now!
