And if the forecast is to be believed, it could well be a good one!
It's glorious again today. The pups are sitting outside enjoying the early sun and I'm busy making a couple of batches of cakes before it starts to get too hot to be in the kitchen. (A couple of weeks ago I never thought I'd be saying THAT!) House is cleaned and ironing done, so we're just about ready to enjoy the sun!!
It's so nice to be able to wear summer things at last In fact I almost put shorts on this morning, but then decided that the world probably isn't prepared for the sight of my white winter legs yet!
I'll probably take the girls out pretty soon as they really didn't appreciate the heat yesterday. Once it had cooled down a bit we took them to the dog park, where they met Bailey the black lab who is very tolerant of their exuberance. They had some more time off their leads and again came back when they were called, but as I was armed with little pieces of extra strong Cheddar, I can't take all the credit for that!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
