Warm, sunny, bit of a breeze to keep the pups cool. Very nice day.
Did a bit of gardening this morning - had to give the cordyline a trim as it was in dange of taking over half the garden. Don't think I've made a very good job, but the two ferms and the hostas that were obscured beneath it will be very grateful to have some sunlight at last.
We've just been down Villa lane and in the time it took us to walk down and back the men who are tarmacking the new road had managed to spread tar and grit all over the lane giving us no option other than to walk over it. The pups pads are okay, but my sandals are now covered in sticky tar. Great! (Good job I've ordered some new ones!)
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
