... yet another hair appointment this morning.
The eye is playing up and there's no way I would be able to get myself to Morpeth. Maybe the sun isn't helping, but I'm really fed up now as things had seemed to be so much better yesterday.
I did think it was a little strange that the optician told me to stop the drops on Tuesday, especially as it was clear in the notes that they should be applied for two days after the infection has cleared up.
So, hopefully, I'll get the hair done on Monday morning, just before we go out for Xtina's birthday lunch - and in a way, that might actually be better! (Got to look on the bright side!)
We're going to Mitford later on to have a little look at the wedding and to drive James and Claire to Linden Hall for the reception. I wonder how he's feeling this morning - all that responsibility AND the speech. Bet he'll be ready for a drink when it's over!!!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
