... and pretty much ready to go to Preston, providing the eye miracle happens.
Just need to get the girls' stuff ready. They're going to be bathed tonight because we couldn't inflict them on their Grandma in their present state!
Actually, the list of kit we need to take for them - just for one night - is ridiculous, almost a bad as taking a baby away for the night.
We need: sleeping crate and travel crate, bedding, towels, poop bags, food, bowls, water, treats, toys and leads. It'll be the longest journey they've been on, so hope they travel okay.
(Charles has just arrived home on his way back from Alnwick for a quick cuppa before going back to school for the afternoon, so I'll go and see him for a minute.)
Ten minutes later...
... We've had a chat and agreed that if I'm still like this tomorrow morning, I won't be going to preston at all. In the meantime though, I'm going to assume that all will be well - AND WILL TRY TO DO SOMETHING WITH MY HAIR THIS AFTERNOON!!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
