That's where we've been today. Not exactly beach weather as in sunbathing and soaking up the rays (Not that I could do that at the moment, unless I wrapped my head in a dark cloth or something) but in a 'promenading' sort of way.
We left the girls at home for a good sleep and set off with Hannah, Jake and James for a late morning stroll, followed by lunch at The Ship. Very basic menu - but really nice, homely food. No pudding to speak of, so our next stop was the ice cream farm near Warkworth.
Got home and lazed about a bit while our lunch slowly digested, before we have to think about the next meal which is to be an Indian takeaway later this evening!
(Don't want to get on the scales. In fact may have to throw them away!)
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
