Helen and Bill left for home this morning - and the house seems strngely quiet!
We have however had a major laundry and cleaning session since they left and the place is now spotless. Not that I'm suggesting it was disgustingly filthy while they were here, but you never want to clean properly when you've got guests do you?
We're off to Morpeth in a minute, if I can prise Charles away from his DVDs. I think he got about twelve for his birthday - oh how well do we know him?!
The eye isn't good today. All this false hope is getting to me now. It seemed fine yesterday morning and then during the course of the afternoon became increasingly uncomfortable and by the evening I could barely open it at all. Looks like we'll be back at the RVI in the next day or two. Should get a Season Ticket for their car park!
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
