... my Food Management Strategy most of this afternoon (once that farce of a football match was out of the way anyway) and have completed the sections on Cross-Contamination and Cleaning. Just got the Chilling and Cooking sections to get through now!
Charles calmed down eventually and finished off the spreadsheet the he began yesterday. We now have a complete breakdown of the cost of ingredients for each recipe and a cost per unit that includes my time.
I'm beginning to think that this may actually happen. let's hope Thursday goes well, then we can get on with all the exciting stuff!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
