That's what we should have been told by the sales people in John Lewis's electrical department.
Having initially been told, on Sept 18th, that we would have delivery of our fridge freezer in a week, we were then told that it wouldn't arrive at Samsung until THIS week and just now I've been informed that it will 'probably' get to Samsung next week and 'could' be delivered to us the following week!
This is absolutely no good to me at all, especially as I've got a couple of buffets to organise - the first of which is for Charles on 20th October and for a mere 70 people!
I was told this morning that it may be possible to have a piece of loan kit sent out from John Lewis, which is fair enough - but what a faff!

John Lewis is usually very good.
ReplyDeleteIn fairness, I think Lillian felt sorry for me. She clearly thought I was close to tears. What I didn't tell her was that I'd just been peeling onions!!
