Okay...

... that's all the decorations for the fishing cake painted and brushed with lustre.

Now I need to decide what I'm going to do for the cupcakes. I think it would look best if I just use one or two shades of pale blue and green for them, to tie in with the main cake. I'll probably do a mixture of sugarpaste and frosting and will probably keep them fairly simple so the tower doesn't end up looking too fussy. For the sugar paste ones, I'll use the swirly embossing mat which should give a sort of ripply effect to match the pnd on the top cake.

(I'm really just thinking it through at the moment, but instead of talking to myself I'm typing it up!)
