Young At Heart

LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

COLD, COLD, COLD!

It really is bitterly cold this morning, but on the bright side, we had an uninterrupted night'ssleep last night, so woke as fresh as daisies! (Not really, just kidding.)

Charles has gone off to school but won't be home till late tomorrow evening as he has to do a little detour into London for a Safeguarding conference.

I don't think he's really thrilled to be going - and he only found out about it last week, so it was a bit last minute. Nor do I think he's particularly thrilled about going to 'Lord of the Dance' on Wednesday night, despite it being booked for months. This could well be due to the fact that he's now discovered that Newcastle have a home game that evening and clearly would rather be going to SJP! (I'm sure he'll love the show when he get's there!)

I've got another day of waiting for deliveries today, one of which I hope will be a new milk frother nozzle for my Baby Gaggia. I am missing my daily treat so much, ordinarly coffee just isn't the same. (Mind you, we were introduced to a fab caramel latte in Central Bean the other day, when we managed to track down the illusive Dave. Sounds awful I know, but is,in fact, absolutely delicious.)

I should be receiving my first order today. I already know I'm supplying two coffee shops (Morpeth and Jesmond) but don't know exact quantities yet. The outcome may necessitate the purchase of additional bread trays for transporting the goodies (more expense) but I'm not going to buy any until I've got a better idea of what is needed.

Right, it's time for the girls to have their breakfast, so I'll sign off for a while.
