... that Morpeth would be pretty much cordoned off for the Remembrance Day procession through the town this morning.
We discovered this too late and ended up giving up on our plan to go to the wholesaler, but being pleasntly surprised to discover that most of what was needed,could be obtained at Morrisons just as reasonably - in fact even more so in some cases. Charles made sure I went in equipped with the wholesale price list and we studiouly made our comparisons and ended up with everything we needed.
Following that we paid a quick visit to Central Bean where we learned that the mince pies had sold well yesterday, then returned home where I began to make the next batch!
LILY & ROSE
Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
