Time for Charles to attempt to move the car from the drive. Hope he has more success than poor old Outed Dannymatt did last night!
He's been out there digging again first thing, the engines been warming up for half an hour, he's consumed a hearty breakfast (well, two pieces of toast) and is gearing up for the Big Adventure.
Thankfully, there was only a light covering of snow during the night, so MAYBE things are going to return to normal soon. I was having a little chuckle at all the southern softies who are just now experiencing an inch of snow. Shame!
Haven't got a clue what I'm going to do today. I (yes ME - not Charles) got most of the cards written last night. I don't really have any baking to do, although it doesn't do any harm to stick a few more cakes in the freezer, so I could do that.
I'm hoping there will be a Tesco delivery tomorrow and possibly some post today as I'm waiting with excited anticipation for deliveries of Christmas presents (not for me you understand).

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
