Well, what started out as a brief trip to town with Claire and James turned into a bit of a shopping marathon!
We got to the new apartment at 10.30 - and very nice it is too. Fab location, with a great view over the rugby club. Plenty of space for the two of them. It's perfect.
We then sat in traffic for ages as we joined the other early Christmas shoppers. Three of us left Charles in the car and got started on breakfast. Not as callous as you might think - he insisted, and eventually managed to join us although by the time he did so, breakfast had finished and he was on the lunch menu!!
Then we shopped! A lot! For hours, stopping only for a mango smoothie before recommencing with an all out attack on Guess and the Apple store.
By 3pm I was shattered and feeling extremely guilty about leaving my girls for so long. We practcally threw James and Claire out of the car (only joking you two!) and got back to two very quiet, sullen little dogs who were NOT impressed at having been left on their own all day!

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!
