LILY & ROSE

Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!

We're on-line again!

What IS going on?

We know, for a fact, that no-one from BT has actually attempted to rectify the problem. Well, not this year anyway. We have had the same issue on two previous occasions and the fault lies UNDER THE GROUND at the front of the house.

Perhaps if they'd done a proper job of fixing it in the first place, we wouldn't be suffering the inconvenience now.

Anyway, while I'm able to post, I'll just let you know that my girls are absolutely fine. We've got them booked in for Christmas haircuts next week, so they'll be all spruced up for the big day!! (They've got to look their best - Father Christmas is bringing new blingy collars!)

Talking of 'being all spruced up' - hopefully we'll be going tree shopping on Sunday. We're going for the real thing this time, after a dabble with the faux last year, but will be restrained when it comes to choosing the size. I vividly recall choosing a gorgeous little tree from the farm up the road. It was one of those places where you walk about in the forest and the farmer follows behind ready to chop down the tree of your choice. It looked so small but beautifully formed, until we got it home (we DIDN'T actually get it home: the farmer had to put it on his trailer and delivered it for us), where we found that it actually filled the entire dining section of the livingroom and we spent the whole of the festive season limbo-ing round the wretched monstrosity. "Coming through - stand back." We had to buy two set of extra long lights to make it look half decent! By Boxing Day, I couldn't stand the sight of it any longer and I think we dismantled it the next day.

So, we'll be going for something much smaller and neater this time.
