Better late than never, as they say.
We do appear to have better connectivity today, which is a good thing, but nothing whatsoever to do with BT who have completely failed to make any sort of contact with us since we first reported the fault a fortnight ago. However, amazingly, I received the first successful phone call on the landline a little while ago(from the Tesco man who'd forgotten where we live! What's wrong with your SATNAV, mate? Or your memory come to that?)
I've spent the early part of the day making vast bowls of frostings for the big cupcake order that goes out on Thursday, so the kitchen is now about an inch deep in icing sugar!
Keeping a watchful eye on the weather forecast and praying we don't have more snow at the end of the week. There's too much to do, we haven't got time to be stuck in the house again!
The girls are having their morning nap. Actually to be honest, their naps now extend to pretty much the whole day, apart from a brief 'silly time' between about 4.00 and 6.00pm when they let off steam. This usually coincides with Charles's arrival home from work, and I'm convinced he thinks they're like that all the time!
