... is possibly the best starter ever. (So good indeed that I DID manage to persuade the chef to give me the recipe some time ago)
However, it is also extremely filling and I should remember this the next time we go. Either I order the souffle and a dessert, or I reluctantly have to forgo this delectable dish leaving myself with a fighting chance of finishing a main course.
I had to do some strategic placing of the napkin in an attempt to disguise the fact that my plate was still pretty much full by the time I'd admitted defeat today.
