GOT A HEADACHE!!

Probably thanks to the weather. Very warm, humid, damp and generally a bit pre-thunderstorm I suspect. The very hot kitchen isn't helping either! Tarte au chocolat is done, so are the little tarte tatins and there's currently a lemon and apple tart in the oven. This last one is a bit of an experiment and is just using up left over bramleys and some surplus apple slices from the little tarts. Charles is home today and is clearly less than enthusiastic about starting on reports!!
