... but Mum will almost certainly be discharged HOME tomorrow or Thursday. According to the Occupational Health person who spoke to Helen yesterday, she has made a "remarkable recovery" (this was said no less than 4 times - Helen was writing it down!) since the weekend. She no longer qualifies for the interim bed in a nursing home, which would have eased her gradually back to independence, so is going straight home, admittedly with four visits a day from the nursing team in the first instance, but nevertheless, she'll be going back to an empty house with all the potential difficulties that involves. Wimbledon has a lot to answer for!
