TODAY'S THE DAY!!

The day my boy gets married and the day I gain a gorgeous daughter-in-law. To say I'm excited would be the understatement of the century. Been up and wide awake for hours, just waiting for the rest of the household to join me in the anticipation. Hairdressers at 9.00, then home for a quick breakfast before the make up girl arrives at 11.00. Hopefully setting off to Jesmond Dene House at 12.45. The party last night was a roaring success. Charles cooks an amazing BBQ!! The company was just wonderful. It was such a good idea to give everyone an opportunity to get together before the day itself. Hopefully James will be feeling relaxed when he wakes this morning, knowing that he has so many family and friends wishing him well. Claire will be waking up at the hotel this morning. I hope she's managed to sleep - apparently she's been jumping around with excitement for the past week. I can't tell you how delighted I am for them both. Just hope I can keep it together and don't end up crying all day!! (Wouldn't want to spoil my make up, so that might just help me keep it in check!!)
