Here are some photos of Lily & Rose. There are a few from the first time we saw them when they were just 4 weeks old. They would fit on your hand at this age and didn't look much like westies!

... I honestly don't know how hypnotherapy works, but I suspect it does exactly what you said, by embedding pertinent phrases that are going to trigger appropriate reactions.
I don't feel as if I'm using any willpower at all. I don't feel as if I need to. What I do know is that I have absolutely no desire to light up whatsoever!!!
