SMOKING, DANNYMATT?

Who even thinks about smoking these days. I can't even tell you how long it's been but it must be around three months. (Yep - I've just been to check and it is in fact twelve weeks since I was a smoker!) I never, ever think about it. I don't miss it. I'm not compensating by over-eating. There's still an open packet in the kitchen cupboard somewhere, but it's not there to tempt or reassure me that I can always have one if I really need it because that is never going to happen; it's there so that I can look at it occasionally and know that I've won! My only wish is that I did it years ago. I've always known that conventional methods weren't going to work for me and it was just a case of finding the right person to do the hypnotherapy. Now I think I'll go back for a session to help me get over my bird-phobia!
