URRGGH!

Been up all night. Just could not sleep. And then just about an hour after I finally dropped off Charles was up for the day, setting off at some Godless hour to go with James to take the van back. I think he had to be at James's by 6.45! What it meant was that I was also up, and cleaning the ovens in my PJs - not pleasant, neither the ovens nor me in my PJs at that time of day. Must say huge thank you to Charles though because he took the Radcliffes delivery as he was going that way ad saved me a 50 mile round trip. I just did the Applebys drop and a bit of shopping and have been making macarons for an order on Wednesday since I got back. Am feeling pretty tired today, so can't imagine how Charles feels after all the running around he did at the weekend. James and Claire must be pretty shattered too!!
