WHAT AN INCREDIBLY...

... BUSY AND PRODUCTIVE DAY I'VE HAD TODAY!! I've made a stable birthday cake, covered a 12" square by 4" deep fruitcake, the bottom tier of a wedding cake that goes out next week, baked coffee shop stuff in readiness for Monday and started to wrap presents! Feet are killing me as I haven't sat down at all since I got up this morning, but I'm feeling such a sense of achievement I really don't care. (It may not seem much to anyone else, but I know how much I've still got to get through before I have my little Christmas break!!) An evening of mind-numbing telly awaits. Yippeeee!!
