HAD A PRETTY PRODUCTIVE...

... business meeting yesterday! First time I've ever had a business meeting really. (Kevin and Appleby's just sort of happened) but this was quite full on, four people plus Charles and I. They were very very keen to stock my cakes, hugely complimentary, outlined enormous opportunities for the future in their other prestigious establishments. Could potentially make a lot of money!! BUT Can't actually do it because I can't manage that sort of quantity on my own and in a domestic kitchen. I'm gutted to be honest, because that sort of opportunity won't come along every day and I feel as if I'm letting myself and everyone else down, but it just isn't going to happen.
